Adhering to international standards, the factory integrates lean, automation, and informatization, forming a professional management process through R&D, raw material sourcing, quality control, production, and customized solutions, overseeing every step of the supply chain.

R&D Center
Fenchem’s R&D center has 35+ technicians and is equipped with the most advanced modern equipment which aims to provide customers with professional technical support. Our R&D technicians have rich experience in raw material development, formula introduction, efficacy verification, and quality control.
R&D center specializes in extracting and isolating effective ingredients from natural animals and plants, conducting modification and further processing, as well as developing downstream applications. In recent years, through independent research and collaboration with external scientific research forces, we have developed multiple technologies for the production and application of animal-derived functional ingredients and plant-derived active ingredients.
After years of investment and accumulation, as of today, we have applied for over 160 patents, with a total of over 85 authorized patents, among which more than 30 are invention patents.
